Lady Despina realized that this guy was always late and she did not want to encourage him to do so. She had to make him stop being late and she did it by forcing him to lick her feet and especially her boots. He was not only humiliated, but he was also in pain as she trampled him for good measure. The mistress had no doubt in her mind that he would change.

Lady Rockabella had time on her hands and she needed to find something to do to pass time. So she chose to tease and have fun at the expense of this guy as he showed interest in her. She took advantage of that interest to turn him on and then leave him high and dry when she got bored of teasing him. He was left with a huge stiffie which he struggled to hide.
This mistress does not like people who ignore her instructions. And when she noticed that it was this loser who did, she had to find a way to communicate to him that he could not stay in her house and at the same time ignore her instructions. So she punished him by crushing him with her bare feet until he learned his lesson the hard way as she had intended.
Lady Scarlet had had enough of how her boss exploited them and she was ready to be fired. She did not want to take anymore of the nonsense and cruelty he subjected them to. And she took one for the team by turning the old boss into a slave and dominating him painfully and cruelly using her smelly shoes and socks. He gained a new perspective and surprisingly did not fire her.
Mistress Palina does not like laziness and when she found out that her slave was lazy, she knew she had to do something about it. And that is how she cruelly tortured him. He cried as she did her thing but she told him she had warned him and whatever was happening to him was all on him. The mistress was sure he would never be lazy again after that.
